Looking to combine the joys of fresh, handcrafted Italian pasta with gluten-free ingredients, Tommaso and Luisa pride themselves on making authentic Italian cuisine for every tummy. The couple bring their Italian charm and lovingly made pasta to the greater Auckland area in their sunny yellow food truck.
It seemed fitting that we photographed the pair in an olive grove, preparing and then enjoying a delicious long lunch. Shooting for Nadia magazine, the photographs produced captured the unique flavour of Amaranto. Through the art direction, set dressing and resulting photography, we captured the couple’s authentic, hand-made produce as well as the passion behind it.
